Scooptram’s brake system has three sets of working brake, parking brake and emergency brake. The brakes are all mechanical friction type. According to the structure, it is divided into three types: belt type, drum type and disc type. Band brakes are only used for hand braking; fully enclosed wet disc brakes are commonly used. This type of brake has manual, pneumatic, pneumatic and hydraulic drives. The braking system is mostly dual-circuit dual-bridge braking, and is equipped with a mechanical locking device to prevent system failure and landslides.
Scooptram’s hydraulic system includes three systems of working, steering and running mechanisms. The hydraulic system of the working mechanism is supplied by a separate hydraulic pump, which is composed of an oil tank, a hydraulic pump, a control valve, a boom and a bucket hydraulic cylinder; the hydraulic system of a steering mechanism is composed of a separate hydraulic pump, a steering wheel, a follow-up valve, and a steering cylinder. There is a manpower steering device for use when the engine is stalled; the walking hydraulic system is only available on a small scraper with full hydraulic transmission. It is composed of a variable pump and a variable motor to form a closed loop of constant torque and constant power combined speed control, with a pedal Three-position four-way valve operation.
The control system of Scooptram is concentrated in the cab on the front side of the rear frame, driving horizontally, and the visible distance is equal.
The main factors affecting the efficiency of scooptram are bucket capacity, shoveling force, climbing ability, optimal haul distance, ore properties and operating conditions.
